Environmental Combined Policy

Environmental Combined Policy combines various insurance products into a single contract: CGL, Contractors Pollution Liability, and Professional Liability. It is available as Claims Made or Occurrence basis.

This package applies to qualified environmental contractors or consultants whose main business focus includes one or more of the following:

Contractors Pollution Liability can be written for contractors performing any of the above or any non-environmental contractor, regardless of operations. It is available as Claims Made or Occurrence basis. Examples:

Environmental Consultants Liability provides stand-alone Professional Liability coverage written for environmental consultants. Consultants' main focus must be:

Contractors and Consultants Policy

Contractors and Consultants Policy is a combined policy that includes both Contractors Pollution and Professional on one policy form with CPL available as Claims Made or Occurrence basis. Policy may be written on a stand-alone basis with or without ISO CGL policy.

The following coverages may be available with the environmental products:

Site Specific Pollution Liability – Can be written on any fixed site facility, regardless of type. Examples: golf courses, shopping centers, vacant land, and chemical manufacturers. This can also be offered with CGL, either on a combined or stand-alone basis. Example facilities: recycling centers and waste treatment facilities
